Starting in 2025, we have partnered with a Swiss watchmaker located just a few miles away from our workshops, to fully outsource production of YEMA's Swiss Made collection.

Thanks to this strategic partnership we can focus all our watchmaking efforts on scaling up production of our French Manufacture in-house calibers, while offering an alternative Swiss Made collection.

Biel/Bienne is the capital of the Swiss watchmaking industry since the 19th century. Gateway to the Jura region, where YEMA’s workshops are located, this cross-border watchmaking community concentrated along the Jura mountains has gradually transformed into a true regional watchmaking ecosystem recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage by the UNESCO in 2020.

Our Swiss Made collection is equipped with Sellita’s SW200-1, a high-quality automatic movement widely used in Swiss watchmaking and known for its reliability, accuracy, and robustness. Additional advantages are that it’s readily available and easy to service.

Sellita’s SW200-1 is a 26 jewels caliber equipped with a self-winding mechanism with ball bearing that provides a comfortable 38-hour power reserve while beating at 28'800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), features hacking seconds and has gears with improved resistance to shock.

Adjusted in 2 positions, the SW200-1 is regulated to -/+12 seconds per day and has a maximum rate in the range of -/+ 30 seconds a day.
