HOW DO I EARN TIER POINT?
You can earn tier points by making purchases at yema.com, each dollar spent gets you 1 tier point. You also earn tier 100 points by following our Instagram account. We graciously credit your YEMA Privilege account with 100 tier points for your birthday!
HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW?
Every time you purchase a watch you will receive an email (sent one week after shipment) proposing you to leave a review directly on the review form found within the email. Alternatively you can always leave a review on the watch model page. The review form is found at the bottom of the page. Please make sure you enter same email address you used to pass your order. We will credit your YEMA Privilege account with 200 tier points within the next 72h.
HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?
Log into your YEMA Privilege account here, under the Earn tab click on the Refer a friend option. In the next screen enter your friend's email address. He will receive a -10% off coupon by email and you will receive a US$ 100 voucher after he makes his first purchase at yema.com.
HOW DO I REACH EACH LOYALTY TIER?
You accumulate tier points with each purchase, online review and friend referral. You reach STEEL Tier as from 300 tier points. You reach BRONZE Tier as from 1,000 tier points. You reach PLATINUM Tier as from 3,000 tier points.
