A 1970s FRENCH DIVE WATCH CLASSIC
Faithful reissue of the iconic Superman ref. 53.00.16 from the 1970s featuring distinct design elements like the 990 feet WR straight-lugs steel case with its patented bezel-lock mechanism. A retro vibe aluminum bezel and double domed crystal complete the overall vintage look, along with the iconic shovel-shaped sweep second hand. Equipped with a Sellita SW200-1 caliber, this edition is manufactured and assembled in Biel (Switzerland).
SCALES STEEL BRACELET
Specially designed to complement all Superman Heritage models, this new reissue of the iconic YEMA Scales bracelet from the 1960s has undergone improved manufacturing and unique new finishes, all while staying true to its original design. Engineered for professional use, the new Scales bracelet has been carefully developed for intensive use in extreme conditions, while adding a distinctive and strongly neo-vintage aesthetic to the Superman Heritage timepieces.
HISTORIC DIVE BEZEL
The 120 clicks unidirectional aluminum dive bezel, graduated to 60 minutes, features the same vintage aspect as the original model from the 1970s. The patented bezel-lock at 3 o'clock is found on most Superman models since 1963.
ICONIC DIAL & WATCH HANDS
Inspired by the 1970s original Superman model, this reissue features a vintage looking dial with printed hour markers paired with a Superman handset, comprising the iconic arrow minutes and shovel seconds hands that provide scuba divers with an accurate indication of dive times.
SELLITA SW200-1 CALIBER
This Swiss movement is mostly recognised for its reliability. With 26 Ruby jewels, it beats at 28,800 A/h and offers a power reserve of 38 hours.
GRADE A SUPER-LUMINOVA
The hour markers, hands and bezel pipe are coated with Grade A Super-LumiNova for perfect readability even in the dark.
